ABSTRACT
Resumo Trata-se de experimentações de pensar a produção de subjetividades na cidade por meio dos afetos entre os corpos (humano, arquitetural e territorial) para potencializar a promoção do bem-estar humano com melhoria da saúde pública. A Organização Mundial de Saúde aponta a saúde como "um estado de completo bem-estar físico, mental e social e não somente ausência de afecções e enfermidades". Desse modo, busca investigar cidades saudáveis relacionando ambiente construído e social com os sujeitos das cidades, enfocando as múltiplas e complexas particularidades da saúde no espaço em transformação e movimento. Para tanto, este estudo trata de três experiências de orientação desenvolvidas com trabalhos finais de graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo, utilizando a abordagem metodológica rizomática de Deleuze e Guattari, com a prática da deriva situacionista e experimentação da cartografia de afetos, que potencializaram intervenções em áreas do entorno de rios das cidades de Bragança Paulista e Presidente Prudente. Assim, por meio da tessitura da produção de afetos nas zonas de intensidades das multiplicidades, heterogeneidades e singularidades espaciais existentes permitiu vibrar todos que se aproximaram para engajarem em uma proposta espacial libertária nos microespaços de resistência, ativando-as, promovendo invisibilidades sociais e, dessa maneira, poder potencializar a cidade saudável.
Abstract Experiments of thinking the production of subjectivities in the city through the affects between the bodies (human, architectural and territorial) to enhance of human well-being with improvement of public health. The World Health Organization points to health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not just the absence of illness and disease." This paper seeks to investigate healthy cities relating as a built and social environment with city subjects focusing on the multiple and complex health particularities in transformation and movement. Therefore, this study deals with three experience orientations developed with final undergraduate works in Architecture and Urbanism, using a rhizomatic methodological approach of Deleuze and Guattari, with the practice of situationist derive and experimentation of affections cartographies, to strengthen interventions in the side of rivers in Bragança Paulista and Presidente Prudente cities. Thus, through the process of the production of affects in the intensities zones, multiplicities, heterogeneities and singularities of space allowed to vibrate all who approached to engage in a libertarian spatial proposal in the microspaces of resistance, activating them, promoting social invisibilities and, in this way, empower the healthy city.

O artigo apresenta alguns conceitos de Bion, tais como: função α, elemento α, pensamento onírico da vigília, fato selecionado e reverie, a partir das expansões de dois psicanalistas contemporâneos: Antonino Ferro e Thomas Ogden. O conceito de derivado narrativo de Ferro é colocado em destaque como uma expressão privilegiada na sessão analítica do pensamento onírico da vigília. Finalizo o texto com uma interlocução com o conto de Mia Couto, de modo a iluminar os conceitos apresentados, em articulação com o ofício do analista, que é comunicar e transformar as experiências emocionais; a imagística das interpretações narrativas é acesso privilegiado ao pensamento onírico da vigília.
This paper presents some of Bion’s concepts, such as α function, α element, daydream thought, selected fact and reverie, based on the expansions of two contemporary psychoanalysts – Antonino Ferro and Thomas Ogden. Ferro’s concept of narrative derivative is highlighted as a privileged expression in the session that analyses daydream thought. The paper closes with a dialogue using a tale by Mia Couto, in order to clarify the concepts presented, in articulation with psychoanalysts’ work, which is to communicate and transform emotional experiences; the images of narrative interpretations are a privileged access to daydream thought.
Cet article présente quelques uns des concepts de Bion, tels que la fonction α, l’élément α, la pensée onirique de l’état de veille, le fait sélectionné et la rêverie, à partir des développements de deux psychanalystes contemporains : Antonio Ferro et Thomas Ogden. La notion de dérivé narratif de Ferro est mis en relief comme expression privilégiée dans la session analytique de la pensée onirique de l’état de veille. L’article termine par un dialogue avec le conte de Mia Couto, de façon à mettre en lumière les notions présentées, en rapport avec le cabinet de l’analyste, soit de communiquer et de transformer les expériences émotionnelles. L’imagerie des interprétations narratives est l’accès privilégié aux pensées oniriques de l’état de veille.
El artículo presenta algunos conceptos de Bion, tales como: función α, elemento α, pensamiento onírico de la vigilia, hecho seleccionado y reverie, a partir de las ampliaciones de dos psicoanalistas contemporáneos: Antonino Ferro y Thomas Ogden. El concepto de narrativa derivada, de Ferro, se destaca como una expresión privilegiada en la sesión analítica del pensamiento onírico de la vigilia. El artículo finaliza con una interlocución, con el cuento de Mia Couto, con el fin de aclarar los conceptos presentados, en articulación con el oficio del analista, que es comunicar y transformar las experiencias emocionales; las imágenes de las interpretaciones narrativas es un acceso privilegiado a los pensamientos oníricos de la vigilia.
Dieser Artikel stellt ein paar Konzepte vor, die von Bion entwickelt wurden, wie z.B. die Alpha-Funktion, das Alpha-Element, träumerische Gedanken im Wachzustand (Traumgedanken), ausgewählte Fakten und Tagtraum (Rêverie). Diese Konzepte werden auf der Basis der Erweiterungen zweier zeitgenössischer Psychoanalytiker diskutiert: Antonino Ferro und Thomas Ogden. Ferros Begriff vom narrativen Derivat wird in den Vordergrund gestellt, als privilegierter Ausdruck der analytischen Sitzung von Traumgedanken. Eine Kurzgeschichte von Mia Couto wird abschließend diskutiert, um die vorgestellten Konzepte in Beziehung zur Arbeit des Psychoanalytikers zu setzen. Diese Arbeit besteht darin, emotionale Erlebnisse mitzuteilen und zu verwandeln. Das Bilderrepertoire der erzählerischen Interpretationen ist ein privilegierter Zugang zu den Traumgedanken.

Objective:To examine Toll-like receptor expression pattern in monocytes-derived macrophages by Lipopolysaccharid(LPS) stimulation.Methods:Jugular venous blood was collected from three Japanese calves,and then the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC),were isolated,and cultured for 7 days to collect monocytes-derived macrophages in Repcell and the cells were stimulated with LPS for 24 h to analyze the mRNA expression pattern of TLR in monocytes-derived macrophages.Results:The mRNA expressions of IL-6,TNF-? and IL-1? were significantly increased after LPS stimulation(P
